About the Strategy Library
The ProfitAlgos Strategy Library is a library of tested trading ideas for indices, gold and currency, with ready-made ProRealTime code and the figures behind it. It is built by ProfitAlgos, which runs automated trading live on real accounts.
What you get

How we test
All data comes from IG (CFD and spread betting) and is extended backwards with adjusted ProfitFeed data for long tests. Strategies are tested in three parts (training, validation, test) and compared with simply owning the index. The engine is verified against ProRealTime's own ProBacktest, and each strategy's header states what has been compared and what has not yet been.
What it is not
The library is a basis for your own studies and coding, not investment advice and not a promise of future results. Trading leveraged products can lead to rapid losses. The code is tested on CFD and spread betting, not on futures.
