Terms

1. The service

ProfitAlgos Strategy Library (the "Service") is provided by Mountain Invest AB, reg. no. 559491-8251 ("we"). The Service is a library of trading strategies, key figures and ProRealTime code. Registered users can view the library for free. A paid subscription gives access to PRT code and export, exact rules and parameters, the portfolio tool and notifications.

2. Education, not advice

All content is educational material and historical analysis. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation or an invitation to buy or sell anything. Historical and simulated results are no guarantee of future results. Backtests rest on assumptions (spread, financing, data source) that may differ from real trading; parts of the history are based on adjusted ProfitFeed data and are indicative.

3. Risk

The code and results apply to CFD and spread betting (price data from IG) and are not tested on futures; futures have different prices, contract sizes, fees and trading hours.

CFDs are complex instruments with a high risk of rapid losses because of leverage. A large share of retail clients lose money. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and for testing the code on a demo account before using it live. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Account

You must provide your real name and a valid email address and confirm it with a code. The account is personal: you may not share the login or pass on or sell the code. At most two devices can be logged in at the same time. We may close accounts that misuse the Service.

5. Price, payment and renewal

Premium costs SEK 3.999 per year including VAT (launch offer for the first 25 customers: SEK 2.999 for the first year, then the regular price). Payment is made through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every year until you cancel it under Account → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. VAT is included in the price where required.

6. Right of withdrawal

Delivery of digital content starts immediately on purchase. By consenting at checkout you waive the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act and lose it once delivery has begun. We do not refund paid periods, except where required by law or in case of a fault in the Service that we do not correct.

7. Licence, copyright and distribution

You receive a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the code and material for your own studies, your own coding and your own trading. The code and material are protected by copyright (and, where applicable, database protection) and belong to Mountain Invest AB or its licensors.

Distribution is prohibited. You may not share, forward, publish, sell, rent out or otherwise make the code, exported files, rules, parameters or results available to anyone else. This also applies on forums, in chat groups, on social media, in code repositories and on marketplaces, and also in reworded or adapted form where the core of the content can be recognised. You may not let anyone else use your account.

Tracing. Exported code contains a customer mark (a short reference at the end of the file). You agree that we may use the mark to trace unauthorised distribution.

If you distribute the content. (a) We may immediately close the account and revoke the licence without refund. (b) You are liable to compensate the damage we suffer. In case of copyright infringement we are entitled to compensation under the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729), that is reasonable compensation for the use and compensation for further damage, and we may take legal action and file a police report. (c) [Contractual penalty: in case of distribution to a third party, a penalty of SEK [amount] per instance of distribution also applies. A lawyer decides whether such a clause is appropriate and reasonable towards consumers, and the amount.]

By creating an account and by buying Premium you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, including the ban on distributing the content.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as is. We are not liable for trading losses, interruptions or errors in data or code, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the last 12 months.
